My newest obsession is chunky rings.  I love minimalism when it comes to my wardrobe, so for me there's nothing better than statement jewelry.  In these summer months when NYC is so hot and humid I don't want to wear a big, heavy necklace.  But a chunky ring always seems right.  My favorite statement ring that I own is this one by k2o by Karen Ko:
